Help us support a Palestinian Woman Islamic Thought Visiting Fellowship at Leiden University

This one-term fellowship will allow the visiting fellow to carry out research in Arabic and Islamic thought—whether in philosophy, theology, intellectual history, gender studies, social philosophy, or political thought. Your contribution will empower a scholar from Gaza or the West Bank, providing vital resources and a platform for advancing her research and helping her engage and interact with leading thinkers in the humanities. Join us in restoring academic opportunities and fostering intellectual dialogue for those who have endured so much loss and displacement.

My motivation to support this fellowship comes from a profound belief in the power of education and dialogue to overcome adversity. Witnessing the resilience and potential of Palestinian scholars, who have faced immense hardship, inspires me to create opportunities for their voices to be heard and their research to flourish.
